ABOUT ME

I started travelling the world in Jan07. I left Sydney & took the long way to the UK where I worked & lived in London from 2007 to 2010.
Back in my home city of Sydney now.
I`m a fun loving guy, great sense of humour that`s often described as quirky & enjoy meeting interesting people as I can be quite interesting myself!

PHILOSOPHY

At the moment I`m living for the now. I want to live & learn as much as possible while abroad with a stack of fun thrown in!

Interests

I worked in the "numbers" industry for years but suck at maths. I`ve always been a "words" person & enjoy writing but am yet to take it somewhere professionally.

Love going to gigs, music festivals, clubs/pubs etc.

Also enjoy modern art & photography... but not the kind of art that I could do myself while cleaning the house!

Music, Movies, and Books

I need music to function & grew up in a musical household. I learnt to like a wide range of music after DJing at weddings and birthday parties to earn some extra cash when I was younger. My genres of choice are most electronic, indie/alternative & also dub/reggae for a sunny sunday afternoon with a beer in hand.

Everyone loves a good movie, but as with most things I prefer slightly leftfield arthouse films.

Been reading a lot in my travels, the last couple worth mentioning were a biography of Jeff Buckley & another about working in the UN around the time of the Cambodia, Rwanda & Mogadishu crisis` called Emergency Sex.
