Overview
About Me
I'm currently a student at Bard College where I'm studying culture and human interaction through the lenses of anthropology, philosophy, and art history. I'm fascinated by how people create a shared reality and the interplay between that and personal subjectivity. But I consistently feel that the most important thing I could do with my time is be with my friends. I like to share my experiences and take part in other peoples'.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm excited to meet people with their feet on the ground and head in the sky. The depth of personhood extends infinitely and I want to see all that I can. Also, it's a lot cooler and cheaper than staying at a hotel.
Interests
I hope to one day do ethnographic work with psychedelic shamanic cultures, particularly when they exist within modernity, if they even can. I also enjoy exploring language through poetry. Basically I'm interested in anything that is infinite, which is a lot.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of my most memorable days last summer was driving 6 hours from my house in CT to pick up my friend who was working in New Hampshire. After I got there, we drove until sunrise to Saugerties, NY for the Hudson Project Music festival. The fest was alright, but the beautiful all-night drive there was electric and pulsing.
