Hello everyone,
Out letting the universe spin me around. Ive been bopping around for 10 years picking up bits of knowledge and wisdom from lots of folks around the world. Love to learn about food - growing, foraging, cooking, sprouting, composting, sharing, herbal medicie, weird mushrooms that grow from dead caterpillars, helping connect others with the edible world around them. Pursuing passions of art, mushroom hunting, traveling abroad, helping others with herbal medicine and just trying to evolve into a better me! I have been living abroad for two years - south america and denmark - now returning to usa to tackle the dream of hiking the pacific crest trail!
On a typical day - experimenting with turning acorns into a healthy dessert, looking for amber on the danish coastline, feeding the kombucha pet, collecting seaweed for the garden, walking to the far away forest to collect medicinal mushroom polypores to give as tea to others, drawing plants, practicing ashtanga yoga, making ayahuasca jewelry, sprouting fenugreek seeds, hatching up a new travel plan, eating sushi with my boyfriends mom.
Traveling through south america I used helpx and was totally blown away by the amazing people I met through this. I also made local peruvian friends on long bus rides and stayed at their homes and am still in contact with these amazing friends. I like traveling to experience all the good out there. So many good people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My boyfriend and I are hiking the pacific crest trail and need a place to stay for a couple days after flying in from denmark.
Returning back to the united states and excited to show my danish boyfriend why the west coast is the best coast! Ready to let the universe help us connect with some amazing folks on our journey.
