ABOUT ME

I'm here because I want to connect to people who can help me learn. As of right now I'm a student at La Salle University majoring in Sociology and minoring in both Italian and Leadership & Global Understanding.

I love meeting new people. I love being an active part in whatever community I find myself in. I love learning about all kinds of new things. Life is an adventure, and others are the rafts that guide us down the river of life. I truly believe that without family, friends and sometimes complete strangers, I wouldn't have been able to do even a fraction of the incredible and amazing things I've done in my life. I know I should give myself a little credit, but the real credit goes to the people who have made a difference in my life just by being themselves.

I am in the process of learning to live my life simply, freely, happily, and whole-heartedly. I believe in love, human rights, goodness, and creativity. Maybe it's impossible to save to world, but I'm going to die trying.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm a new member here at CouchSurfing, but I'm excited to dive head first into this new community and experience. Since I'm still at school, and currently living in a dorm on campus, I can't host others on a couch, but I'm definitely up for meeting for coffee or a cheesesteak in South Philly when I have some spare time away from classes and work!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't surfed or hosted yet, but I have met many people who have participated in CS and can't wait to begin my own experiences!

兴趣

I love traveling first and foremost. I caught the travel bug my junior year of high school, and I've been high with the fever ever since! But I also enjoy playing Ultimate Frisbee, writing, practicing my photography skills, spending time outdoors, campaigning for social justice issues, and working at my job.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've been given so many great opportunities in life, but one of my favorite experiences was when I was in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I went to the San Telmo market on a Sunday afternoon and marveled at the hundreds of people and stalls selling goods to the hundreds of passers by. The market was colorful, vibrant, energetic and alive. It was one of the most awe inspiring and fun days I've ever had.
