WORLD DOMINATION... not really more like travel the world and meet amazing people on the way! :) I currently live in Prague and am soon moving to Taiwan!

ABOUT ME

An organized lover of traveling, English teacher and music enthusiast. I had exchange growing up so from a young age I was exposed to the world, different cultures, languages and traditions, the more I learn the more I want to see!

I'm a free spirit, I love to roam, meet new people and adventure. My ideals on success have really changed over the past few years. Success to me is being happy with yourself and loving what you do everyday! I wish it for everyone.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My roommate and I hosted a couch surfers and we had a great time meeting them so much so some came back to visit and I even met up with them in Amsterdam! WOOTS It was a really cool way to meet people and I'd like to do it more.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted some awesome Genevan CS's. My only time CSing myself was in Amsterdam in 2011, I had an amazing time. My host even picked me up on his bike at 4am because we both happened to be in the same area and going back at that time. I'll never forget the feeling of the wind blowing through my hair on that warm dark night as I sat on the saddle of his bike!

兴趣

Traveling. biking (for funsies), learning, meeting people. Exploring new cultures, I'm trying to discover as much of Europe as I can before I head over to Asia.

Dancing! I'm actually in a Burlesque troupe here in Prague. :D

My happy place is the forest. I just love being surrounded by trees and flowers. I'm happy I can give back to them by breathing out carbon dioxide.

Music: I love funky beats and classic oldies like Sam Cooke, Patsy Cline, James Brown, Al Green. I also have a huge soft spot for 80's hairbands because that's what I grew up listening to with my parents. But some of my favorite bands include: Fleet Foxes, LCD Soundsystem, Tame Impala, Radiohead, Beach House, Air, Gorillaz, DAFT Punk, Interpol

Movies: Kill Bill Volume I & II, Inglourious Bastards, Almost Famous, Now & Then.

Books: 1984 -this book hit me really hard and will always stick with me, The Secret Life of Bees, Gone Girl, Girl on the Train. I read a lot, I love all different kinds of genres. Right now I'm reading Dark Places by Gillian Flynn, the same author as Gone Girl.

I quit my corporate job in America and pursued my dream of moving to Europe. A year and a half here I still am living it up and having the time of my life in Prague!

Best decision I ever made.

I teach English as a foreign language, both to adults and also to children online in Asia. I absolutely love learning about languages and the differences and similarities between them!
