One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the last two years I've slept in a Tibetan nomad tent with 10 baby yaks; trekked the Tibetan plateau, Nepal's infamous Annapurna circuit, the inspiring Spiti valley, valley of the flowers, a glacier in Kashmir and another himalayan adventure in Darjeeling in India and the jungles of Laos; completed 10 days of silence and a month living in a cold monastery in Nepal; have become a qualified yoga teacher in Rishikesh, gained more experience as an English teacher in India and Sri Lanka; chilled on beautiful beaches in Thailand and Goa; completed many 40 hour train journeys and argued over many tuk tuk fares; but what remains in my memories are my meetings with some of the most inspiring people in the world from many different countries and many different worlds! So how can I pick two or three things!
