ABOUT ME

As a Chiropractor, I help others get out of pain, and correct structural imbalances. I train people in stretches and strengthening exercises (that may include learning how to walk and sit correctly) that help to stabilize injured areas and augment chiropractic alignment. I then teach the wellness lifestyle and how to make healthy nutritional choices. Otherwise I like to Surf, and will be heading to Bali the following week. Would like to meet people in Singapore and see some of the sights.

During the days I will will be visiting with chiropractic clinics in the city. I'd like to find healthy places to eat, and find good venues for live music, grab a drink or two and perhaps some dancing in the evening.

PHILOSOPHY

I like live music: Soul, R&B, Pop, Rock, Blues, Alternative, and African. I can sing, play percussion and can strum some guitar. Books: I wrote Anybodies Guide to Enlightenment, Vol 1 & 2. Movies: I have made several videos, educational stuff about my work that I put on youtube. Like documentaries, learning about different cultures.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Owned 5 acres of land, built a tree house in a groove of redwoods and lived there for 15 years. Traveled to, surfed and lived in the Hawaiian Islands for 2 years. Hiked all over Yosemite, I love the falls. Skied Aspen Highlands Bowl, best longest steepest skiing in US. Been to many wonderful music festivals and have met many incredible people that I now can friends.
