I am brand new to couchsurfing, but eager to learn the etiquette

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Very new to couchsurfing, friend suggested the site when I said I was looking to explore Boston.

*update - Have successfully surfed and had a great experience in Boston. Host was very accommodating and was able to explore Boston with open access to my host home. Would recommend couchsurfing when traveling and wanting to meet new and interesting people and viewing the city from their point of view.

As I view every day as a gift to be enjoyed, and every moment to be celebrated, there is not 1 experience I have had that I would rate higher then another.... I love to travel and have done some crazy things (according to friends) but to me, it was just enjoying the moments of life...
