I've been living in Madrid for around 3 years teaching English to kids. I have loved my time here, but it is time for a new chapter. I'm going to be traveling through the summer to a few places - Portugal, France, Italy - and then return to Spain, but this time in Mallorca. I want to travel and see as much of Europe as I can while I am still here. I love meeting new people and learning about new cultures and places. I can't wait to meet you!

The past few years I have grown to love traveling. I have learned so much about myself and about the world. Most importantly, though, I have met some of the greatest people on earth by traveling, many of whom I continue to stay in touch with. I would love to continue meeting amazing people and having life-changing experiences. We can all learn so much from each other.

Interessi

I love hiking and generally being in nature. It makes me feel more relaxed and connected to the world.
I love food (don't we all?) and trying new foods! I also like to cook and bake an am always looking to learn new recipes.
I like reading, writing, art, music, movies, honestly anything. I'm a very open and adventurous person, so I like to try new things.
I play ukulele (maybe we can jam together) and chess (let's play!)
I love all animals, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE cats!

Musica, film e libri

I am currently reading Half of a Yellow Sun by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. I loved her book Americanah as well (it became one of my favorite books). My other favorites include The Kite Runner, If Cats Disappeared From The World, and the Harry Potter series.
I am very open to all music, movies, and books. I like getting suggestions from other people. I love Disney movies, comedy movies, suspenseful movies. I just started watching Outlander and I am also watching the new season of Stranger Things.
I like to listen to Harry Styles, Billy Joel, Frank Sinatra, Tash Sultana, Lorde, Big Wild, Still Woozy, DRAMA, Nao, Silk Sonic, Amy Winehouse, Maggie Rogers, Masego, etc. I mostly like indie, rock, and older music.

My favorite experience thus far is teaching English to refugees in Greece. I am still in contact with the people and students I met there - many feel like family to me. We took a one week clown course there as well - super fun/interesting experience!
