I get the great pleasure of visiting various cities and universities every summer to provide medical coverage for kids camps from 6-18 years old for various sports. I love this idea of couch surfing and truly experiencing the area as a local would.
I have only been able to couch surf once, but it was one of the coolest experiences I have had traveling.
