At first glance I'm introverted and seem a bit shy. When I start talking that impression changes. I'm nerdy and love reading and fantasy like Doctor Who and Lord of the rings. I'm quick with a pun or "dad" jokes. I have a background in social work and mental health. I love to dance and I'm known to occasionally sing karaoke. I like getting outside and doing things like hiking.

I love traveling alone but I'd love the opportunity to meet new people in my travels. I'd really like to get to know people as well as be known have new experiences.

Intereses

I'm pretty open minded and like learning about art and culture. I love Latin dance but do many types of dance.

Music: Hard to choose but some favorites are Florence and the Machine, David Bowie, Romeo Santos, Bob Dylan, Janis Joplin
When just hanging out I usually listen to Reggae or 90s alternative.
Movies: Labyrinth, Willow, Moulin Rouge, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Legend
Books: fantasy and magical realism are my top genre's. My favorite authors are Isabel Allende and Herman Hesse.
Poets: Maya Angelou and Pablo Neruda

I also write a bit, especially poetry. I'm always searching for inspiration.

Algo increíble que he hecho

There's a few. Built a house in Guatemala, Saw Machu picchu, proposed to my then boyfriend in Vietnam, overcome my fear of heights to zipline in Costa Rica, performed with a Burlesque group, been in an independent film.

Strangest experience: I was bit by a donkey in Puerto Rico.

None of those things are too amazing but I've done a little of a lot of different things.
