I am an outdoor person, love to swim in the ocean, telemark ski, snowboard and hike with dogs for fun. I love dancing, have in days gone by done ballet, jazz and contemporary and african styles. Lately it is mostly contra dance. I grew up on a dairy farm in Ontario, we grew almost all our own food. Gardening was a big part of my life as a child, and my career as a landscape designer and horticulturist reflects that. I enjoy exploring other cultures, have done a lot of solo travel, and love having a contact or two when I arrive in a place. Did years of ski patrol, and loved arriving at a new mountain and having a gang of buddies already there!

Have a lot of experience with difficult dogs, as well as easy dogs, big and small. Have usually lived with dogs and cats, fish, both tropical and koi.
