Hello! My name is Heather and I am 23 year old human who loves exploring, philosophizing, and discovering. I feel most at home when I am in nature, in conversation with curious folks, or trying new things. I am currently in a deep process of healing that has led me to be very intentional about how I invest my energy. The practices that I’ve invested in lately have been climbing, yoga, and meditation. I am also a vegan who believes strongly in social justice. I am constantly reflecting and seeking new ways to improve both myself and the world around me.
