ABOUT ME

I'm a bit of a social butterfly. I enjoy meeting new people and talking with them, and I"m usually the one who plans fun things for my friends and I to do. I work as hard as I play, and I'm not usually one to turn down an adventure. I like to spend time with friends; hiking, sledding, cooking, playing games, drinking, dancing, you name it.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is to be happy with myself and be surrounded by those whom I love and who love me. I live to have fun, to enjoy as much of every moment as I can. I love to spend my days laughing and drinking and sharing ideas with those around me, and I take special pleasure in making those I love happy.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I have no couch to offer to others, because I'm traveling and don't have a home. But I hope to make a lot of friends during my travels, and be able to show the same generosity to others when I do have a couch for them!

Intereses

I enjoy talking with anyone who is animated and passionate about a subject. I find learning to be much more engaging when I learn from someone knowledgeable on the subject. I find a special calm in the mountains, clouds and trees. Nature in general makes me happy. I enjoy walking around and taking pictures, as well as writing.

Music- I have horrible taste in music! But I do love most anything that can be danced to!

Algo increíble que he hecho

Arches National Park and Canyonlands in southern Utah. There are no words to describe how those monuments made me feel.

Watching my younger brother see the ocean for the first time in Bend, Oregon. The look on his face was priceless, and we played in the sand and the waves all day.

Central Park in New York City, and the city in general. So unlike anything I was used to.

I can share the experience of being an American who does NOT judge other people from other countries. I hope to share my love for life, and my zest for adventure. I hope to learn from others who feel the same way, and I would like to learn about other cultures that I get to be a part of for a short while.
