I spent the past few years bouncing around from Ghana to France to Atlanta to Trinidad and Tobago for work and graduate school. After finishing my masters in public health at Emory University in May 2016, I moved to Berkeley, California for a more permanent set-up with my partner, Chris.

Given my travel history, I have some pretty awesome friends in some pretty awesome places! I also love exploring new places and cultures. Whether I'm visiting an old friend or trying something new, I'd much rather make more wonderful connections with locals and have a sort of "homestay" experience than book a hotel room.
