ABOUT ME

My husband and I love to travel. We are in our early fifties but very adventurous. Have travelled Europe, Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Thailand, Singapore, Cambodia, and Costa Rica. We realize that travelling is getting very expensive so would like to offer our spare beds to travellers.

We have a very positive attitude, are friendly and helpful, and enjoy meeting other folks. If we can help someone out, WHY NOT!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We'd like to experience couchsurfing as host and couch surfer. We are very friendly and enjoy meeting new people. We have free wifi and several bedrooms in a large house since our grown kids have moved out. Fully equipped kitchen is available for your use and the coffee and tea is always on.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have hosted several couchsurfers over the past year and also couchsurfer in Ireland and Scotland with THE NICEST PEOPLE.

Interests

We love hiking, bicycling, watching TV, travelling, cooking, and meeting new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

We enjoy Kings of Leon, Jimmy Buffet, and Jack Johnson among others. We also support local music and musicians.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My husband went ski-diving in Australia, and we both interacted with Dolphins in the wild, and swam with Whale Sharks. Once spent a whole year travelling around the world.
