ABOUT ME

I'm a student at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. I play volleyball for my college team and enjoy going out! I love the beach, find it the most relaxing place in the world, so when I travel I plan to see a lot of beaches. I like to drink, go out and have a good time! I love sports, playing and watching and talking about them. Love to just kick back with a drink and watch a game! I go with the flow for the most part, try not to make things complicated and just like to have fun and enjoy life. I love to try new things and food, my philosophy towards traveling is that if you going to get an opportunity to do so, go all out! See everything you can, meet people from all over the world and just truly enjoy your experiences!

PHILOSOPHY

Live life to the fullest, your only on this planet once and when an oppurtunity comes its way take it because you don't want to look back and regret not doing it. I always like to say "if your not living on the edge your taking up too much space." Its kind of silly, but I think it makes a lot of sense.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm a student living in a dorm room so I don't really have a place to host anyone unfortunately, and back home I too am living in a dorm room. But if my experience goes well with being a coach surfer, when I have my own place I will definitely start to host people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't ever couch surfed! However, I've heard a lot of people talk about it and have great experiences with it.

Interests

I love playing sports: volleyball (beach/indoor), american football, european football ect. I like to work out and stay in good shape, as well as watch movies and just hang around with friends. I love to drink and go out as well even if it is just relaxing at a bar.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love just about all music, except country. But for the most part I'm up for listening to anything with a good beat. I love watching movies! I dont really have a favorite but i love she's the man, bridesmaids, the longest yard, troy, hitch, zoolander, the replacements, anchorman, invincible, pirates of the Caribbean and so many more!
Books, well I dont have alot of free time to read books that I want to read, the summer is the only time I really get a chance. But i'm currently reading Eat, Pray, Love and want to read The Help.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been to Europe when I was 13 and 14 and it was amazing, went with a travel group of people I've never met before and wound up making some really good friends. For me volleyball is a huge part of my life so making it to the state championships twice in highschool and receiving a scholarship to play for my College. Being in newspapers and on T.V a few times.
Went to Empire State Building and the World Trade Center a year before 9/11

I want to learn about the country and place I stay in, the people who live there and their traditions. I've lived in NY in the USA for all my life and I think it's time for me to see what other people around the world do each day.
