About Me

ABOUT ME

Hey.

I`m 21 and I live and study (medicine) in Heidelberg, one of the most beautyful und oldest cities in Germany with a wonderful castle. ;)

I grew up in the Black Forest in the very south of Germany.

I like travelling other countries and seeing foreign cultures in an individual way of travelling. That`s one of the reasons I'm on cs. I don't like mass tourism so much. :D

I consider myself a polite, frank and honest person with a good sense of humour. ;-) Sometimes I might be a bit sarcastic. :D

PHILOSOPHY

“If you want to build a ship, don't drum up people together to collect wood and don't assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea” - Antoine de Saint-Exupery

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to surf next weeks, but I can also imagine to host in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new here.

Interests

Since I study medicine I don't have so much freetime. I donate blood every week. Sometimes I like drinking coffee with my friends. If I have time, I go also swimming.
I'm very interested in politics and history. ;-)

Music, Movies, and Books

Films have to make you think about something.

Music has to be emotional.

Well I haven't read a novel for years. I rather read books about political or historical topics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, we were in the Romanian mountains once. On some hill we met a young Romanian and he invited us into his garden (we had a tent). Next to his house there was a cave and the next day, he showed it to us. There was a river coming out of the cave and we went one kilometer into it - climbing a dozen rocky waterfalls - to a huge room inside the cave - with thousands of bats flying over our heads. I consider that a great experience. It was really impressiv. :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Some Mnemonic, maybe. ;)
