Resumen
Sobre mí
Hi there! I'm Heidi and I make sense of this beautiful world we live in by taking life slowly and having good conversations with people from all parts of the world. I would love to meet you and hopefully we can both learn something from the interaction!
I have been moving around and living in different places in the world for about 5 years now, because I find that doing a new thing in a new country with a new language is the fastest way for me to learn new things, which is what it's all about for me.
Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
I learn about places I travel primarily from meeting people that live there. Staying in hotels seems like a waste and an unnecessary alienation from others. I love staying in hostels in Europe and Asia but unfortunately it's not much of a thing in the States

Música, películas y libros
My favorite book is East of Eden by John Steinbeck but I'm also a big fan of Russian literature.
I'm pretty well-rounded in music, I like stuff from the 50s to present from many different countries.
I also love movies, psychological thrillers or drama are my favorite, but anything with a compelling narrative and believable acting will interest me.
Algo increíble que he hecho
Volunteering as a backpacking guide in Guatemala!
Enseña, aprende, comparte
I can teach you how to crochet, how to cook some recipes, how to massage, and I'm open to learning anything you want to teach me.

I can make a mean beef stroganoff
