Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couchsurfing because I've always been interested about hearing stories all over the world and getting to know different people and cultures.

When I was living in Finland, I was living in a tiny town right next to the capital city Helsinki, where most of my friends lived. My friends always welcomed to stay at their places so I would like to pass it on and let people stay at my home.

Interests

I'm a big fan of music, I had a lot of musician friends in Finland. I used to play guitar by myself but it was too hard to bring it here so I got an ukulele instead. I'm also having a melodica which is mostly just for fun. :-)

I love to photograph and edit pictures. I'm also writing a blog in Finnish about my style and life in Paris.

One of my hobbies is also to discover abandoned places.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a huge fan of Star Wars and Batman. My other favorite movies are for example Pirates of the Caribbean, The Crow, Rocky Horror Picture Show. I'm watching a lot of tv-shows and my favorites are Hannibal, Supernatural, In The Flesh, Arrow, The Blacklist, American Horror Story, Orange Is The New Black, How I Met Your Mother etc.

I used to be a big fan of 80's rock (and pop also but it's more like a guilty pleasure haha), bands like Bon Jovi, Skid Row, Whitesnake, Def Leppard, Scorpions, Van Halen and so on.

Nowadays I'm more into indie rock and pop like The Kooks, Bastille, The Wombats, Foster The People, MGMT. I'm also loving Marina and the Diamonds.

I don't read books but sometimes comics, my favorite character is Nightwing. :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the end of summer 2015 I left everything behind and took a step to the unknown when I packed up my belongings and headed to Paris. It was a quick decision - after one month getting the idea I was already sitting in the plane. Turned out to be the best decision of my life.
