If you get the chance to come along with me, can guarantee I'll be a friendly hiking/cycling/running buddy for the day... Or would even love to just chill in a cafe as I have a serious weakness for NZ coffee...not to mention those complimentary chocolate fish you get.

I like to cook a bit differently. I'm pretty experimental with my food, and I'm of the mindset that the best thing about cooking is sharing it. My travels in Asia have definitely reinforced this, as well as giving me a different approach to cooking. Baking can never go amiss either... I'm curious about healthier alternatives, as I live in a gluten-free, dairy-free home, and would be fun to share these with whoever I stay with.
