Hi I am Helen, 19 years old and from Germany. I am travelling with my friend Kim who is 19 years old and from Germany as well. We just did our A-levels and we want to travel New Zealand to get to know the lifestyle here and meet new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We participate in couchsurfing because we would love to see as much of New Zealand as possible. Furthermore we want to get to know the lifestyle here and couchsurfing is perfect for that.

Interests

I (Helen) am very interested in dancing ballet and jazzdane. At the age of five I started and I still go to dancelessons two times a week.
Furthermore I love swimming and windsurfing and actually everything that has to do with water.
As a young girl I started riding horses and I still love to do it when I get the chance. I (Kim) read a lot and I also started riding horses when I was four, with the age of ten I got my own horse and now my family has two of them. I am a very communicative person, that is one reason I started serving in a Restaurant.
In our freetime we love to meet our friends to go to the cinema, play cards or just talk, have fun and hang out with them.

We like the music of the charts.
We both love to watch movies out of all categories except thriller and horror.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We have done the 19,000 ft skydive it was amazing!
