Hello, I'm Helen. I currently live in a flat (which used to be a church) with a girl named Laura. Laura and I LOVE music and play in many bands (we enjoy a good jam). Laura and I also live with our new pals from our herb garden, such beauties include: Robert Plant, Mint Eastwood, Coriander Taylor, Basil Fawlty, Axel Rosemary and perhaps the worst named one: Leanne Thymes..

We are both social creatures and enjoy meeting new people, making new friends, going to gigs and shows, exploring and having new experiences.

One thing to male couchsurfers looking to stay: Laura isn't very comfortable with guys staying in the flat but if anybody would like to meet, and I'm not working, I'd love to show you around the city!:)

On my (much too brief) travels, I was overwhelmed by the kindness shown to me and realised how much I loved meeting people from all over the world and why it's important to help out where you can.

Plus, being static doesn't mean having to feel trapped in a mundane routine. Having met some great and brilliant travellers has reinvigorated my love of my surroundings and has made Liverpool and the Isle of Man exciting and wondrous places again!
