I’m Helena (the accent is on the second “e,” and yes people still get it wrong). Growing up in Florence, Italy, then studying Politics, Philosophy, and Economics in London, I heard every possible variation of my name… but since moving to Barcelona with my partner four years ago, I’ve finally been reunited with the correct pronunciation. A small miracle.

I’m a lover of philosophy, deep and delightfully strange conversations, and discovering the charming quirks that make people who they are. I’m happiest with a good book in my hands, a new idea scribbled in a notebook, or anything that lets me express myself creatively

My corporate years taught me that managing people is really about managing hearts. I learned not to take things personally and that everyone is just looking to be understood. Along the way, I discovered my gift: creating spaces where people feel heard and helping them see their own talent. Leadership, I realized, isn’t about titlesm it’s about empathy, presence, and giving people room to shine. It’s a lesson I carry with me on the road, and hope to keep sharing wherever I go.
