Hello!

I'm Helena, born and raised in the south of Portugal (better known as Algarve).
Right now, I'm in the final year of nursing degree. Then I want to live and work in a different country (that I didn't decide yet).

I have lots of dreams. Lots of goals.
Those are the main ones:
Help the next one.
Know new cultures and countries.
Learn several languages.
Learn to play piano.

I consider myself a cheerful, independent, respectful and open-minded person. I love to talk - well... I like to have interesting conversations. I really like to take photos, but not just like the "tourist kind of photos". I love drawing with charcoal. I love to dance. I really like live music. love the sea, even on stormy days.

My youngest sister is quite similar. Except she's taller than me, likes to draw with colours and speaks much better english and french (I'm in a process of... improvement).

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Well.. Me and my youngest sister (Teresa, 17y), are planning a trip to Italy since 31th July until 28th August. We decided to do that, because I'm not going to live in Portugal when I finish my nursing degree, so thats the best time to have a "sisters adventure" into a country that we both want to know. I have many friends that did "couchsurfing" around Europe, and they liked it. So... why not? Let's try!

P.S. Right now I don't have any fixed flat/house to be a couchsurfing host. But when I have one, I let you know.
