I’m a very curious and adventurous person. I love learning languages and teaching them. I’m a Portuguese and English teacher.
For me, it’s very important to see the world and get to know different people and different ways of life. I did an exchange year in Switzerland during high school. I studied Asian Studies during my Bachelors. And at the moment, I’m doing an European Solidarity Corps volunteering in Rochefort in a primary school.
I feel very grateful for all the wonderful opportunities I’ve had and how I’ve felt so welcomed all over.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I love to travel, and for me the people make the place. It’s much more interesting to experience the world through other people’s eyes and lives.

I love fantasy and romance books. I also read a lot of non-fiction, normally psychology or philosophy. I like exploring new languages and cultures through music and am always open to new musical discoveries.

Volunteered in taize for two months working with kids and teenagers.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love anything that’s an act of creating like embroidery, sewing, knitting, crochet, baking, cooking. I love languages and cultures and know many of them. I could share a lot about Portugal or other places I’ve been. I can share a smile and a very positive and loving outlook of life. :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good food, laughter, a listening hear and a talkative personality. Lots of histories and little language/cultural lessons.
