My name is Helena and I'm from Brazil. I have lived in Canada for a year and now I'll spend some time in NYC studying vegan pastry arts. Since I discovered I have gluten intolerance I changed my diet and now making raw vegan and gluten-free desserts is my biggest passion! I could easily spend all the in the kitchen! :)
I have a degree in Music (Classical piano) and I love music from all around the world! I'm a big fan of Japan, its culture, language and people!
