ABOUT ME

I consider myself an easy-going person, I don't need much to have fun.
I'm a civil engineer, but currently I'm pursuing an academic career, and that's why I'm studying for my master's. I'm a nerd, but in the sense that I love learning stuff, not in the anti-social behavior expected from one. I quite like to party and drink and all that. I'm also very passionate about movies in general - going to the movies will always be one of my favorite things to do!
I really enjoy sports (not that I'm any good, but I try) and I have a knack for learning languages.

音乐、电影和书籍

Books: I'll always hold a special place in my heart for Harry Potter. Other fantasy books, like LotR, The Hobbit, The Silmarillion, Game of Thrones, His Dark Materials. I like historic fiction, like the books written by Bernard Cornwell and Conn Iggulden. I like John Green's books. I like Nobel Prize winners like Gabriel Garcia Marquez' One Hundred Years of Solitude. I like chick flick books (mainly the ones by Sophie Kinsella). I don't know, I guess I quite like to read :)

Music: I'm VERY ecletic. My favorite styles are classic rock, blues, samba and bossa nova, but sometimes there's a pop song that gets stuck in my mind. I DON'T like rap and a brazilian style called axé.

Movies: I don't even know what is my favorite movie. I'm not a fan of horror movies, but other than that, I love 'em all! From animations like Inside Out! to polish black and white oscar winners like Ida, I'll watch them all really. I'm open to movie recommendations.
