ABOUT ME

Hi there! I'm an Aussie girl with a smile I'm told that never leaves my face. I get excited pretty easily, and I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie. I'm also a professional whitewash surfer, procrastinator and puddle-jumper. A hair brush singer, tree climber and speed eater. I'm a pretty decent clarinet player, and can also fumble out a tune on the piano, sax and guitar. I'm also really, really, tall.

I will give anything ago, and I'm not affraid to get my hands dirty! I'm currently studying Engineering and living in the residential halls on campus. (which is why I'm unable to host at the moment)

I love meeting new people, making new friends, and experiencing new cultures! When I travel I want to see the 'real' country, get to know the locals and hear their stories. (because I know some people have amazing ones to tell)

've only just joined, and don't have a couch. But I'm happy to show anyone around Brisbane or the Sunny Coast (depending on where I am) and am eager to surf and host eventually!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been on the Young Endeavour. That was just an incredible experience, and possibly the best 11days of my life! Hanging on to the top of the mast, in the pouring rain and howling winds, while the ship is rolling over 3m swells.... Awesome!

Also, volunteering in Costa Rica. Riding in a boat alongside a group of dolphins was definitely a highlight!
