ABOUT ME

I'm German/ American and I cam to Mozambique without a job, because I was very curious about this country, having studied about the history and literature, Now I've been living in Maputo for a year and a half. I work for a French NGO as a technical assistant in a vocational training and economic insertion program run by a Mozambican NGO...basically this means I help young people from less fortunate backgrounds in Maputo get into the job market...it's not easy!
Before coming to Mozambique I lived in the UK pretty much the last 11 years. In between I also lived in Mexico for a year and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for 4 months. I studied Spanish and Portuguese at University and during which I also lived in Cordoba, Spain for 5 months and Lisbon for about 7 months working and studying.
I don't really know how to describe myself...I like people, I think people are the most important thing in life and I'm easy going...that's a pretty rubbish description!... I hope when you meet me you can find out more and form your own opinion and create your own 'description' of me:)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Until now I have only surfed and never hosted because in London I live in my family home and in the flats I've lived, my flatmates unfortunately have never been very keen on the idea :(

兴趣

well, what to say. I'm a very easy going person...I like to read , ride my bike, play football, travel(obviously!),go to parks, dance salsa, lindy hop (swing dance) and forro (Brazilian dance), drink beer, meet new people, cook with friends...you know the usual things :)
