Hello! I'm Helena. Well, first, i don't speak english very well, but i know how to understand what the people are talking with me and i can have a basic conversation. I really love talk about things of life and i love to meet new people, so i'm really open to try everything i can to have a conversation rs. Here in Brazil i study theater in an university, but since i was 6 years old i dance contemporary dance. It's something that i really love. I love to dance. My parent are dancers and they danced for a long time in "Grupo Corpo", one company of dance, so since i was little i have contact with the world of dance. I love music too and since i was children i have much interest for percussion. I can say that i love all the world of art. I love animals too, mostly dogs and cats, and here in Brazil i have too dogs and too cats. Well, i love to meet new places and go to places that i can dance and talk with nice people. And when i'm in a new place i like to walk for the city, knowing places that just the person that live in there know. I really like nature how i like urban space too, i think both of them have things to teach us. I love movies e series too. I love hugs, and smiles.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because i think that we can have more exchanges and know places that just persons that live in this place know, known how "Side b". I think that with Couchsurfing we can meet new peoples with the sames interests of us and create relations very specials around de world. And i believe that is a really nice way to make a travel more possible, mostly for us students that don't have a lot of money.

音乐、电影和书籍

I like a lot of thing, so it's difficult to choose just one thing. But i really love brazilian music, like samba, mpb: gilberto gil, caetano velozo, tom zé, clara nunes, marisa monte, os ticoãs, secos e molhados etc. I love Africans Musics too, because, how i sayed up there, i love percussion. But i love international music too, like amy winehouse, Beyonce, Beirut, etc. My favorites movies are: Tomboy, Medianeiras, Mr. Nobody, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Inception, I'm not There, American Beauty, Talk to Her, Hanami, Talk to Her, The Hours, Ma vie en rose, Closer, etc. And my favorite book i think it is "A insustentavel leveza do ser" ou "The Unbearable Lightness of Being ", in english.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One amazing think that i've done was dance in a theater with a lot of people watching and saying nice thing to mee, mostly persons more close to me. And anothers things amazing i've done was: walk on the night in the streets of Berlin and in the subways; see for the first time notre dame and see an opera inside of it.

I can share with the host an moment of music, that i can sing and play guitar. I can try to share my knowledge about dance, theater and percussion. I can share somethings about Brazil and about where i live. I can share my knowledge about culinary of Minas Gerais, like the famous "Pão de Queijo" ou "Brad off cheese", and "Arroz com Feijão". I can share my smile and my hug.
