Living in New Zealand for one year I am now on my way home to England via Beijing, China. I can't wait!!!

I left the UK in January 2014 and spent a year travelling in Asia and one year working in Australia. .

In February 2016 flew to Kathmandu in Nepal to volunteer with All Hands, who I volunteered with in the Philippines in 2015. Like in the Philippines I rebuilt houses after the devastating earthquake.

In March 2016 I met my younger brother and cycled to Indai from Nepal. We spent five months travelling India by bicycle and wild camping. I introduced my brother to Couchsurfing in India.

I believe the best way to see the world is to live like locals do and I love meeting new people from every country.

My first couch surfing experience was at the mid-autumn festival in Hong Kong in 2014. I've since met CouchSurfers from all over the world; Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Canada, France. I have since stayed friends with many of them and meet them on my travels.

I usually travel alone and like to meet up with people and make new friends. CouchSurfing let's meet local people and learn more about their culture. I also like to help people with their English and share stories about my country and countries I have travelled to.
When I visit a country I want to experience how local people live and not just the tourist attractions.

音乐、电影和书籍

I like to listen to most types of music; house, jazz, indie etc. I also like to watch films apart from scary ones. I rarely get the time to watch a movie and also I like to talk to people to I can often talk through the film haha!

I would like to teach hosts about my country and countries I have visited. I can help my hosts improve their English and planning trips to countries I have visited. I like taking pictures and I am happy to show you pictures of my family and travels. Any CouchSurfing friend is welcome to stay if they come and visit me where ever I am in the world :)
