ABOUT ME

I've been living in Germany for 2 years. My boyfriend's work brought us here. He's a Contracts Manager in construction and I've retrained as an English Teacher. We have had a great time here so far. We've made so many friends from all over the world. We've been enjoying learning a new language too and exploring mainland Europe. We work hard in the week and let our hair down at weekends. We've found some great pubs and clubs in town. We've been trying to save some money recently so have been staying in and cooking nice meals with friends.

PHILOSOPHY

I like the random acts of kindness sort of approach to life. I think that what goes around comes around. So I treat people well and trust that the world and the people in it will treat me, and those I love, well too.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We've just joined couch surfing and would like to host whilst we're still in Germany and then maybe we'll have some time to surf our way around the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've done this informally through friends of friends and always really enjoyed it.

兴趣

We love meeting new people and talking rubbish about anything and everything, often over a beer.
We like house music and going to festivals in the summer.
Steve is learning to juggle again. I do a bit of photography. We used to do triathlons but we've been a bit rubbish with sport over the last year.

House music is our first love and we listen to a lot of music at home. We like most other stuff too (except heavy rock).
I'm always reading novels, no particular favourite authors. I like using books to find out about other cultures.
