CURRENT MISSION

I have a desire to contantly look for healthy ways of living. These healthy lifestyles include the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. I am currently involved with the Weston A Price. org. There is much compassion in this organization.

ABOUT ME

I believe in enjoying life. A sense of humor is a must. God is at the top of my list. Even though I look to the hearts of others, I limit my interactions with those that lack respect. I expect integrity from myself as well as from others. I attend many workshops for self improvement and spiritual development. I enjoy hiking, fishing and camping. I am also very easy going. I am grateful to find a community like this that runs on integrity and respect.

PHILOSOPHY

The best way to not hurt yourself or others is to develop integrity. All you have is your word. Everything else can be taken away. I practice looking through eyes of compassion. Namaste

I enjoy watching movies. Love exploring new areas, new cultures, new ideas. I spend much time looking at and implementing nutritious food.

I read psychology type book, Sky and Telescope magazine. Enjoy movies that have good acting, good actors, good plot and wonderful special effects.

I have enjoyed going on safari's in South Africa and Botswana. I loved scuba diving of the Yucatan. Paris, France is one of my favorite cities.
