COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have surfed on friends' couches in the U.S. as well as foreign countries -- both through this site and informally. I think it's awesome to discover a foreign places with locals.

Some of my most memorable experiences include the ATM cave tour in Belize and 6 AM hot air balloon in Cappadocia, Turkey. Both experiences were with my sister :)
