About Me

Hey fellow travelers! I’m Hemant, a free-spirited adventurer, passionate host, and someone who finds joy in connecting with people from around the world. I currently live between Bhagalpur (Bihar) and Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), and I’d be thrilled to host and guide anyone looking to explore the heart of India.

Professionally, I work as an IT Manager at Smith+Nephew, but my true passion lies in travel, biking, and social impact. I ride a custom-built 1986 Royal Enfield, which I restored myself, and also cruise around in my fun Swift hatchback. I’m part of a big biking community, and if you're a fellow rider, we already have something in common!

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of hosting many wonderful travelers from around the globe — every experience has been unique, fun, and deeply enriching. I love making new friends, sharing cultures, and helping travelers truly experience India like a local.

Beyond my tech and travel life, I run an NGO for underprivileged children, where we currently teach and support 150 kids from slum areas. Working with these children and families brings purpose to my life, and I’m always happy to share this side of India with those who are interested in meaningful travel.

Where I Live & What You Can Explore:

I currently spend most of my time in Bhagalpur, Bihar, and Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh — two cities with rich culture, history, and experiences.

In and Around Bhagalpur (Bihar):

Vikramshila University – Ancient seat of learning, next only to Nalanda.

Mandar Hills – A holy hill with mythological significance and beautiful scenery.

Ganga River Dolphin Sanctuary – Unique river dolphin experience.

Kahalgaon – A serene town on the banks of the Ganga with a calm spiritual vibe.

In Bihar:

Bodh Gaya – The place where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment.

Rajgir & Nalanda – History, spirituality, and ancient ruins.

Patna – The capital city with museums and culture.

Valmiki Tiger Reserve – For nature and wildlife lovers.

In Lucknow (U.P.):

Bara Imambara & Rumi Darwaza – Awe-inspiring Mughal architecture.

Tunday Kababi & Awadhi Cuisine – Heaven for foodies.

Hazratganj & Gomti Riverfront – Vibes, shopping, and local life.

So, if you're planning to explore India, especially Bihar or Lucknow, come and stay — not in a hotel, but with a friend. I’ll make sure you see not just the places, but also the heart of the people.

Whether you're a biker, backpacker, soul searcher, or someone just curious about India, your brother Hemant is here to make your trip unforgettable.

Let’s ride, talk, laugh, and make some lifelong memories..!
