Hi! First of all, nice to know you whoever reads my profile :)

My name is Hendra and I am a doctor (general practitioner). I come from a small country called Indonesia. I was born and grew up in the capital city, Jakarta.

I graduated from university on 2012, been working for a few years, and finally got married on December 2018.

Since March 2019, I moved to Germany, to a city in Nordrhein Westfalen (NRW) called Bochum. I am currently studying the German Language at Ruhr-Üniversität Bochum and then I would like to continue my study to become a surgeon.

As for me, I have a huge interest in learning foreign languages, I like to travel to places I’ve never been, spending time with people and learning new cultures.

I like to try new things,but I’m not a smoker and I don’t drink/eat alcohol in any forms (not that I mind if other people do).
I’m not a vegetarian but I do prefer vegetables.

I like to make polaroid pictures!

I don’t know what else to say about me, so I guess we’ll just have to meet to know about the rest :)

Lehren, lernen, teilen

Teach : I can teach Indonesian language. I could teach you a thing or two, how to count your heartbeat, about other health related stuff. A little bit of piano too :)

Learn : I’m willing to learn any other language except Indonesian (of course).

Share : I can share travelling tips in Indonesia, especially in Bali.

I can’t cook, truly sorry for that (most of people from Indonesia should be able to cook a decent meal), but please don’t ask me to cook, for both of our sakes :)

I can share not only stories but all I can possibly share at that moment because really respect people who gave their time to hosts and share their culture, I think that’s how this communities grow.

If someday I surf on your couch, I would try my best to not be a bother and instead help you in anyway I can.
