ABOUT ME

I'm a laid-back, open, caring person who enjoys conversation over a nice meal or beverage more than going out partying. I've been training in Shaolin kung fu/Chan Buddhism for 11 years and other than all the video games I played when I was little it's definitely had the greatest impact on who I am. Life is beautiful and I do my best to use my time to understand myself and the world more so that I can have a positive impact on the people around me.

My background is in programming and IT; I quit my job as a project manager at a web design company last October, and after just training like crazy for a few months I started traveling through Central America and the Andes. After going home for a few days I'm now traveling through Spain, Italy, and Scotland where I hope to do some couch surfing! In the past I've also been to China (3x), Southeast Asia, Vienna, London, and Mexico City. After I finish traveling I'm going to start grad school at NYU studying game design this fall.
