I am a cool and open-minded person passionate about spirituality, encounters, the human in all its diversity, travel and the discovery of new places, new cultures, and beautiful people. I lived nearly 10 years in Vietnam (Hanoi, mainly), one year in Chad, and 3 years in the Philippines. I am passionate about social entrepreneurship, nature, and animal welfare advocacy. I like to discover the local culinary specialties and discuss and learn from life with beautiful and old souls.
I have been growing a vegetable garden and permaculture for some time now and I discover everyday the miracle of life, and biodiversity.
But strangely, I also like city life, going out, meeting people, and hanging out on the terrace of cafes watching people passing by!

To discover new places, abroad or in France and connect to a community of beautiful and old souls.
To discover the places, I visit from a different angle; Not that of a simple tourist, but as much as possible with a look and experience of a local people.
To welcome my guests and share with them my daily life, my passions, my stories. Share convivial moments around a good meal and a good bottle of wine. To introduce my guests to the charm of French cuisine, gastronomy, wine, cheese, and charcuterie. To let them discovering this little town I love : Saumur and its surroundings.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I spent an extraordinary weekend in 1995 in northern Vietnam in the hut of the village chief of a Muong minority tribe in the mountainous northern regions of the country, in Hoa Binh province in the mountainous districts of Thanh Hoa province. Their language is Muong. We spent two days discussing daily life, concerns, their aspirations. It was a magical moment, out of time!
