About Me
Hi, everyone! :)
My name is Henriette. I'm 19 years old.
I'm an active person who loves being outdoors. I played soccer as a child and also did horseriding, though all of that ended when I got a knee injury.
Basically, I love all animals, except spiders, they scare the shit out of me!
I guess I'm a bit of a pet collector. I have always had many different pets including rescues.
Something I also love is traveling, I have already been to a few places as a family vacation, something I can never get enough of.
My family is very important to me and I love spending time with them.
I can be a shy person and a little nervous to meet new people, but I have become much better at approaching people. I'm also curious and love trying out new things, not afraid to get my hands dirty and work hard.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The reason I'm Couchsurfing is that I have never traveled alone before, so I thought it might be a good place to ask for help and meet new people.

Music, Movies, and Books
When it come's to music I actually don't have a favorite genre.
Long story short, I like everything besides rock and heavy metal.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It's a bit of a hard question I think. Honestly, I can't really think of something I've done wich was amazing.
The only thing that comes to mind, is one time I was riding my young horse.
He got scared of something and threw me off, I hit a wooden fence, broke It and landed on the other side.
When I got up on my feet, I tore my vest off and ran. I was so scared I couldn't breathe.
I was so scared of him from that point that I ended up selling him.
I didn't think I would ever ride him again, until the day I visited him at his new owner.
I watch his new owner ride him and he was so calm. My mom kept saying if I can get on him you can too.
So she did. We didn't have any riding gear on apart from an old dusty helmet.
After a couple of minutes of persuasion, I got on him and didn't want to get off.
I wasn't nervous at all.
I guess it taught me to never ever give up, even if you're a little scared. Cause it will be worth it in the end.
What I Can Share with Hosts
What I have to offer is good energy a smiley face and bad humor.
I like to share stories, and love to hear what other people have to share.
