I am 47 years old and live in Hobro.
From the age of 17, I have traveled as much as possible around the world as I have been able to afford and always had my guitar with me, which has made the trips longer - and more fun.
I started this on the streets (of Copenhagen), and hitchhiked up through Europe where i played on the streets of the different big cities I passed until I came to Spain, where I then was hired for more or less full time, to play for the many Danish tourists.
I moved to Central America in 1998 where I manely lived by playing guitar and singing in bars, cafes, tourist resorts, and a single festival.

I came back to Denmark in 2005, and since then I have played at cafes, taverns and restaurants.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

If not for my son (witch i will never leave until he is an adult -- If he wont come with me) I would still be living like a gypsy on my little sailboat! - But for now im pretty stoked to have been introduced to this page - and hope to get to use it a lot!
I met so many great people on my travels - to me it is kind of like that real travelers are like a totally different race all together!? - and one will never stop learning about themselves from others and their cultures - soo here i am xD

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

If i can just say one - It was living on sailboats for about 7 years in the Caribbean (Guatemala, Honduras, Belize and Mexico where i knew/know the reefs like my own back pocket)

Teach, Learn, Share

Been teaching many people to sail - Been tutoring young people in Denmark in English, Spanish, Danish, and history lessons, along with a recycle art project. Also been teaching guitar, bass, drums and piano several times in my life..

What I Can Share with Hosts

I always like to meet new people, and can as a minimum promise to share some fun stories and probably a song or two on the guitar. You might be lucky to catch me as I´m going sailing, or we can even arrange a small trip out on the sailboat if there is any interest in that?. Also i would love to take a game of Tennis or batmington if you are into any of that?..
