Welcome to my life if you decide to let me in ...

First of all ... in case you don't speak Portuguese atball, don't worry about trying to pronounce my name correctly. Just go ahead and call me Hickey (long story) like my English speaker friends.

I am originally from Rio de Janeiro but due to pandemic influence in our lives I've been spending some time here in the south of Brazil with friends to be away from big cities and connect with nature a bit more.
While ago I decided to spend my life on board of a cruise ship as a crew member. It's been an amazing experience and I intend to keep going for a long time. But still, this job gives me the opportunity to visit many different places around the world and I like meet up with locals for a chat, walk, beer or whatever it comes.

I see it as the best shortcut for fun. Making new friends. Open your mind and heart to the New. Explore and learn.

Also the best way to find cooking partners and cook a good (maybe not) meal. I see this cooking moment as the best way of sharing and getting into someone's life.

兴趣

I like to cook, eat, drink, hugs, letters, Netflix, dance even when there is no music on, smile, listen, talk and walk. Like also the feeling of being naked when allowed (not a perve ... please).

● Musicwise - goes with the mood.
Chill kinda music after work or before go to sleep / High energy music when I wanna dance / Lounge or Blues to cook / Good vibes music when I'm stressed or travelling ... dunno ... I like everything. But my favourite type of music are the ones I never heard until a new friend introduce it to me.

● Moviewise - any natural catastrophe, sci fi, thrillers, horror movies, romcom... and love TV shows too.. favourites are Dark, The Handmade's Tale, HTGAWM and Breaking Bad.

●Bookwise - I used to read a lot more but I can pick Cien años de soledad (One Hundred Years Of Solitude) by Gabriel García Marquez and The Kite Runner by khaled Hosseini (the first to make me cry). I'm working on Mob Dock now and I'm in love.

To apply for job on a cruise ship. You grow a lot as a person... you get to know yourself better than never and realises it's never enough... so you keep trying to enjoy your life in the best way to make you, and the ones around you, the ones you care about, HAPPY. It's magical.

Also, I wore a Borat swimsuit for the 2019's Carnival in Rio. Freedom defines!
