Hi there my future friend!

Introducing myself is really hard! But I'll try...

I'm a 26 years old Brazilian english teacher! I'm also a Biological Sciences graduate from the University Of Brasília. I'm really proud of my country and what it is in terms of culture! Part of my brazilian hetitage is cooking well! Not all of us do it, but I do. And I would be really happy to cook for my host!

I'm super interested in science and education, looking forward to getting in touch with people who have experience or currently work in this area!

I've worked in the field of neuroscience, memory and behavioural ecology and currently planning on getting a master's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies!

Of course, I'm not using CouchSurfing for this purpose only. I'm also a wanderer, a travaler, a dreamer. I love all kinds of art, specially theather and film. In which, I have some experience.

I love photography too! I'm no professional, but with the right light and a fair camera I can take a good shot! hahaha

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I started using this network while I was living abroad, in England. At first I was afraid, I was petrified...(hahahahaha pun intended) but after one succesfull experience I just fell in love for the concept!

So...I'm on CouchSurfing because I like making friends when I travel, mainly! I want to share my experiences as a traveller and listen to stories too! I love meeting locals and having an actual local experience. Feel free to invite me to go to the grocery store with you and give me a lesson about local ingredients. I'm also up for any kind of help my host may need! I can walk your dogs (I LOVE ANIMALS) or cook something from my country!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have A LOT of couchsurfing experience...I've done it in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Munich, Prague and Dublin. All of the experiences were great! In Barcelona, I even got to travel with my incredible host to Sitges and stay in his family's apartment during the Festa Mayor festival. It was awesome.
I've never hosted anyone, though...

Movies: Tarantino, Kubric, Almodovar, Lars Von Trier, M. Night Shyamalan and it goes on...

Books: José Saramago, Persepolis, Wuthering Heights, poetry in a general way. But currently I'm not an avid reader :/

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I'm currently a volunteer in a NGO in Brazil in which we arrange this event called The Street Store...which is basically a huge store in the middle of the streets where homeless people can choose what they like to dress <3
