Hi, I'm Henry, originally from Taiwan, but grew up in Madison, WI.
I will be traveling around southeast Asia in the coming months (Nov 2025 - end of Jan 2026). I will be going to Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand.

I travel mainly to try new food. I am a self-proclaimed carnivore, and love cured meats in particular. I like to try local specialties, offal cuts, seafood, and other things that might be harder to find in the US.
I enjoy cooking/baking, photography, and cars. I participate in local autocrosses. Otherwise, you might find me playing video games, bowling, biking, or playing tennis/table tennis. I've been a huge F1 fan since 2013.

Surfers be warned: I have a cat who is not very friendly to strangers.
