An intrepid and curious backpack adventurer from New Zealand exploring and learning more about the world and different cultures! I am currently home in New Zealand after five years overseas; two in London and three years spent travelling.

I spent two years living in London working at a charity helping dogs before I started travelling around Europe and beyond for nearly three years, volunteering at different places such as hostels and farms in countries like Greece, Kazakhstan, Kosovo and Israel - to name just a few!

I'm interested in individual stories, local and international, from all walks of life - I would love to hear your story!

I'm an avid believer in not taking life too seriously. Listen to your own voice, not the voices of society (including societal expectations); Life's too short not to live it.

While I am not currently actively travelling, I would love to meet up with fellow travellers, whether you are from overseas or New Zealand - would love to swap travel stories and get some travelling tips. It would be cool to also meet new friends whom I can impart some local Kiwi advice, along with visiting newfound friends overseas! :-D

Hiking on an Icelandic glacier was great.
Hiking Cinque Terre in Italy was also another highlight, as was hiking to Pulpit Rock in Norway and from Theth to Valbona in Albania.
Travelling solo for nearly three years is another amazing thing - Never thought I would be able to do it!
