About Me
I love to travel slow, meet new people, cultures and ways of living. I think the breakpoint in my life was in 2013 when I got a scholarship for 5 months in Austria. During those five months I managed to travel to ten different countries in Europe and meet a lot of interesting people, sadly I didn’t know about CS back then. So, since that moment I realized that I wanted to feel those kind of experiences all my life!
What else?, I’m an economist, I just end up the studies at the end of 2014. I’m kind of an “amateur photographer”, I took a photography course for a year and I really enjoyed it!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m in CS because I believe this is the best way of discovering new countries/cities and getting involved with different cultures. Getting to know someone who opens his/her house with no interests (more than knowing new people and show their home city to foreigners) is just amazing and an enriching experience.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I like to hear all kinds of music genres, I would get bored if I hear always the same songs. So one day you could find me listening to classical music, and other day electronic music, or The Beatles, or indie music, and so on.. and I’ve studied 4 years of piano when I was younger, I love that instrument!
Movies: The Godfather, Wes Anderson movies, Disney movies (yes, I still have my childish side :P), some Tarantino movies.
Books: I will say writers more than books: J. D. Salinger; Jorge Luis Borges; Franz Kafka; Edgar Allan Poe; Gabriel Garcia Marquez; Hermann Hesse; Julio Cortazar; Isaac Asimov; Ray Bradbury; Ernest Hemingway; and many more to come!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Get a university degree (boring?); get a scholarship for five months in Austria and travel a lot around Europe! (getting better?); fight hand to hand with Godzilla! (well, that was a lie, don’t blame me for trying).
Teach, Learn, Share
I would be happy to share all I know, from my culture or language, to ways of thinking about something, chats, photography, etc, etc..
And I'm willing to learn and adapt me to the ways of living and usages from the place I'll visiting, I think that to live like a local is a really good way to discover a country or city.
Countries I’ve Visited
Brazil, Cuba, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United States, Uruguay
Countries I’ve Lived In
