My name is Valeria. I am 32 years old and living on-off in Berlin, Germany since 2022. I am originally from Toronto, Canada.

About me: I was born in Central America, but was raised in Canada and lived there most of my life. I am fluent in English and Spanish and B2/C1 in German.

I'm a fulltime graduate university student here in Germany. My biggest life priority at the moment is advancing my career and getting settled down. My young wild days of freedom, exploration, and living out of suitcases are behind me. The young kids would call me boring.

I'm very big into fitness and love running, weight training, cycling and generally anything that can keep me active. Running is my main sport, anything from the 5k to the marathon.

I maintain a very healthy lifestyle and do not smoke, drink alcohol, or partake in any substance use (sobriety rocks!). My diet is clean and healthy, I prioritize my 8 hours of sleep, and enjoy early mornings. I love the outdoors and spending time in nature.

I have a young cat who lives with me. He's very cute and friendly. 🙂 If you are allergic, I don't think my home is right for you as you'll likely be uncomfortable. Sorry, but my kitty's comfort is more important than yours. 🤗 (more than mine too!)

Take me out of the tourist traps and show me the way you live. Heard great feedback from other people who've used it, it seems like a more legitimate way to meet and get immersed in the actual local culture, and of course meet great people.

If you know where all the local hipsters hang out, take me there, as it's probably where someone like me belongs.

兴趣

I am a big music fan, with the weight of my interests in techno and house. I especially love to travel and go to international festivals to experience what is not available at home. :)
