ABOUT ME

Hello!

I'm currently 9 months into a little jaunt over the globe, post-uni and pre-world-of-mortgages-and-seriousness.

I am a geek with the hair of Brian May; Snatch is my favourite film; I'm terrible at swimming; I'm scared of cliffs (esp Richard); I love biscuits hugely and detrimentally; I want to make the world a better place, but haven't yet worked out how best to do it; I'm failing terribly to learn Spanish; I enjoy pretentious travelley thing such as yoga and poetry; the best Sunday is spent watching rugby with an open fire, a pint of beer and torrential rain outside; and, like the exemplary couchsurfer I am, i'm always on hand to do the washing up.

I get along with pretty much everyone (due to my exceptional charisma) and love the idea of couchsurfing -€“meeting people who live all over the world, hanging out and see things a little more through a local´s eyes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started off a few years ago couch surfing in Berlin with some charming salsa-dancing guys. This trip i 've stayed on a few couches in Israel and China, meeting some truly excellent individuals. I have also had fabulous nights out or dinners or explores with people met through the site, all over the place.

Interests

I studied philosophy so I´m always interested in hearing people's thoughts, views, opinions on a whole load of stuff.
A (not so-) closet physics nerd.
I'm attempting yoga, which is good, clean, bendy fun.
I try and do a bit of life drawing, but I have realised its not so easy on the road- it is harder than i thought to convince people to let you stare at them naked..,
Like everyone else I love music, a big old range, and want to try and sample some gigs from around the world :) And I will love you forever if you open my ears to stuff I found hard to swallow before.

Ah and being a good English girl I am extremely skilled at sitting in a pub, beer in hand.
