Hi!

My name is Herrold and I'm from the Netherlands. I am a dancer and travel around the world to train and develop my skill. My main style is Popping. Because I am a popping dancer, I chose to go to Japan because the world's best poppers live here and I have the oppurtunity to train with these people. Later this year I will be visiting LA!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been in Osaka for 1 week and am traveling back to Tokyo with a 2 day stop at Kyoto. Because I don't really know Kyoto and don't quite yet know how to navigate around the area i thought it would be nice to try out couchsurfing to meet new people. In Tokyo and Osaka I stayed in shared houses so I was a lot by myself, but because of practise and dance classes everyday it was actually a nice retreat to have a shared house. However, the travel to Kyoto is purely for rest, sightseeing and the Sakura blossoms. It would help a lot and would also be great to have someone to share it with or just help out.

I am a very spontanious guy who really appreciates art and love the Japanese culture and landscaping. I am looking forward to coming to Kyoto and if there is somebody to help or share it with me i would be really grateful and thankful.
