HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently I would love to meet travelers who are visiting Seattle, and also fellow Seattle dwellers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never couch surfed myself, but at my last house I was able to host 2 couch surfers and I still keep in touch with them, great experience.

I love to cook. I am an artist and love to paint and make block prints. I have a lot of varied interests including history, film, nature, old and interesting cemeteries, health, etc.

Movies: The Godfather, Y Tu Mama Tambien, The End of the Affair, Office Space, Dangerous Liaisons, The Believer, All Kevin Smith films, Garden State, I tend to prefer foreign and indie films. Books: "Night", "Aphrodite", "Survival of the Prettiest", "Mumbo Jumbo", oh god there are so many books I love..
Music:Love different genres of music including Punk, Blues, Jazz, World...just depends....a few bands I like, Rancid,The Postal Service,The Beatles, The Dresden Dolls,Dropkick Murphys,Social Distortion,Marilyn Manson, NIN,
Also Love Billie Holiday, Edith Piaf, Josephine Baker, Jane Monheit, Peggy Lee, Frank Sinatra...

I went to Russia in 2003...that was the furthest I have ever been from home. It was an amazing experience.
